1) What is regulation and why do media industries need to be regulated?
Mass media regulations or simply media regulations are a form of media policy with rules enforced by the jurisdiction of law. Guidelines for mass media use differ across the world.

It regulates the TV and radio sectors, fixed line telecoms, mobiles, postal services, plus the airwaves over which wireless devices operate. Ofcom works with the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.

They grant licences for TV and radio stations, have a system of licences to ensure limited amount of signal possible so they could be picked up clearly, controls are placed on quality, bias and impartiality

The show contains violent images, at this time of day children would be having dinner and are most likely not going to sleep. This means it is a hazard for children to bee seeing these things at these times.

I believe that in the world free press is needed so we ca understand everyone's ideas. However most media newspapers need to be impartial because it means that they are able to meet regulations needed and keep everybody safe.
10) Why is the internet so difficult to regulate?
Increase use of VPN means people can see anything and everything
